We seek a forward-thinking leader to map emerging trends, develop long-term innovation roadmaps, and guide our organization through paradigm shifts in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech. This role demands a blend of strategic foresight, cross-industry expertise, and the ability to translate future possibilities into actionable business strategies.
As part of our elite Future Intelligence Division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research pioneers, and global thought leaders to shape InnovateHorizon's 2026-2035 strategic vision. You'll lead horizon-scanning initiatives, produce trend impact assessments, and drive adoption of exponential technologies that will redefine industries.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026-2035 strategic foresight frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Produce high-impact scenario planning documents for disruptive technologies (quantum AI, biotech convergence, etc.)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product roadmaps and business models
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs for emerging tech R&D
- Present executive briefings on paradigm shifts and their implications for market positioning
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 technological inflection points
- Oversee implementation of exponential technology adoption strategies across business units
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI development
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or relevant STEM field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional analytical capabilities with experience in trend forecasting and scenario modeling
- Strong network within global innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Cambridge, Singapore)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS, WFS)
- Published author in peer-reviewed futurism or technology journals
