Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze global trends in AI, biotechnology, climate tech, and quantum computing relevant to 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic plans for market expansion and product innovation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight methodologies across R&D, marketing, and operations
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for competitive advantage and investment opportunities
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and presentations for executive stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies and KPIs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Future Studies, Business, or Technology (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex concepts
- Proven track record of implementing foresight into corporate strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or related field (e.g., APF, WFS)
