Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026 market dominance
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 5-10 year strategic horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future-vision priorities
- Produce quarterly foresight reports with data-driven predictive insights
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions using emerging tech stacks
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across organizational functions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategy
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent credential preferred
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex future scenarios
