Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 3-5 year planning horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future innovation priorities
- Produce high-impact trend reports and executive briefings
- Design and implement foresight methodologies for client organizations
- Collaborate with R&D teams to validate future technology adoption pathways
- Advolve C-suite on emerging risks and opportunities in 2026 market ecosystems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate futurism
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into executable business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTR) or scenario planning
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year horizon foresight projects
