Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces through 2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for technology adoption and market evolution
- Lead innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring long-term innovation impact
- Author thought leadership publications and industry white papers
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready features into development cycles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech strategy
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives in enterprise environments
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic modeling
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: quantum computing, AGI frameworks, biotech convergence
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful long-term strategy execution
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS) strongly preferred
