- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Author quarterly 'Future State Briefs' for executive leadership and board members
- Establish strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Design and implement organizational resilience frameworks for disruptive scenarios
- Present strategic foresight findings at industry conferences and investor summits
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of strategic anticipation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or equivalent with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year strategic plans
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and emerging technology assessment
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities for complex concepts
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., SFPS, CFSP) preferred
- Experience with AI/ML trend forecasting tools and predictive analytics platforms
