As a key architect of our Future Horizons division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global thought leaders to develop actionable roadmaps for technological, social, and economic shifts. Your insights will directly shape product roadmaps, investment strategies, and market positioning for Fortune 500 partners across AI, biotech, and sustainable infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop evidence-based future scenarios and strategic playbooks for executive decision-making
- Architect innovation frameworks bridging emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, neurotech) with market opportunities
- Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder engagements to align organizations on future-readiness
- Publish thought leadership reports and predictive models through proprietary FutureCast platform
- Oversee cross-functional initiatives integrating foresight into product development and go-to-market strategies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business models
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and predictive analytics tools
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into executive narratives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS) or equivalent professional designation
