Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic foresight frameworks using advanced data analytics and trend synthesis

- Build predictive models for market adoption of emerging technologies
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-forward solutions
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 industry shifts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Proficiency in AI-driven analytics tools (Python, TensorFlow, Tableau)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, nanotech, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 disruptive innovations
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
