Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for technological convergence in AI, quantum computing, and climate innovation
- Architect 5-year strategic roadmaps aligned with post-2026 societal and market shifts

- Establish partnerships with research institutions and policy think tanks
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic signals affecting long-term strategy
- Author thought leadership on emerging technology paradigms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking capabilities
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Published research or patents in future technology domains
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
