- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-facing solutions (Web4.0, AGI governance, etc.)
- Deliver executive-level strategic briefings to C-suite stakeholders on emerging disruption vectors
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership on 2026+ technology adoption curves
- Oversee innovation incubation programs targeting $1B+ market opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- Deep expertise in exponential technology trends (blockchain, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional storytelling skills translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFt, Foresight Practitioner)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-focused initiatives
