Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal trends relevant to 2026+
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks for multi-year planning cycles
- Produce actionable scenario analyses and risk assessments for emerging markets
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into organizational DNA
- Represent the company at global innovation conferences and thought leadership forums
- Quantify future market opportunities through data modeling and predictive analytics
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong background in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex concepts
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFMP, APF) highly desirable
- Demonstrated experience advising executive leadership on future trends
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic white papers
