Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, climate resilience, biotech convergence) to forecast 2026 market disruptions
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating post-quantum computing realities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Author whitepapers on decentralized economies and metaverse governance structures
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions in our living lab environment
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight at top-tier consulting firms or R&D labs
- Published work on exponential technologies or societal transformation
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, or climate adaptation
- Proven ability to communicate complex futures to executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis and scenario development projects
