- Quantify market disruption risks and opportunities through predictive modeling
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across all business units
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports for executive/board review
- Spearhead partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
- Published thought leadership on 2020s technological disruption
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Proficiency in AI-driven forecasting tools and data visualization
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on long-term strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
