Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscape
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for long-term organizational positioning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions and business models
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and think tanks to access cutting-edge trend intelligence
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies and analytical techniques
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend forecasting
- Strong data visualization and storytelling skills with executive presentations
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, SFI) highly valued
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex strategic initiatives
