Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological disruptions
- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging markets (quantum computing, neurotech, climate solutions)
- Partner with R&D to align innovation pipelines with future market demands
- Present foresight findings to investors, boards, and government stakeholders
- Author thought leadership publications on future-proofing business models
- Design scenario-planning simulations for geopolitical and tech uncertainty
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech
- Deep expertise in at least two 2026-relevant domains (AI ethics, space economy, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- Published author or keynote speaker on future trends
- Fluency in scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies
- Experience scaling global innovation ecosystems
