Responsibilities

- Establish KPI frameworks to measure future-readiness and strategic agility
- Author thought leadership publications and present at global innovation forums
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions aligned with 2026 market needs
- Monitor geopolitical and environmental shifts affecting long-term business viability
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, clean energy)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS, CFIP) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ years of published future-oriented thought leadership
- Experience advising Fortune 500 organizations on transformational strategy
- Exceptional data visualization and narrative communication skills
