Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical shifts, climate disruptions, and regulatory changes
- Lead executive workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable business strategies
- Produce trend reports and predictive models using proprietary foresight methodologies
- Collaborate with R&D teams to incubate future-proof business models and revenue streams
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and establish thought leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Business Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or corporate innovation with proven 5+ year predictive accuracy
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and weak signal detection methodologies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight (peer-reviewed journals or industry publications)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis platforms
