Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks to identify emerging trends impacting industries through 2026
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives on disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Produce quarterly future impact reports analyzing AI, quantum computing, and climate change implications
- Design and execute innovation roadmaps integrating sustainable development goals and ethical tech principles
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic researchers
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies for multinational clients
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototype solutions for 2026 market challenges
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
