Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2030
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Produce scenario-planning models quantifying economic impact of emerging trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to future-proof business models
- Author thought leadership publications on exponential technologies and their implications
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate next-generation product concepts
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technological adoption curves
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent field with 5+ years applied experience
- Proven track record in developing corporate foresight programs or trend analysis frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and horizon scanning techniques
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Published work in foresight journals or industry thought leadership platforms
- Experience advising executive teams on long-term strategic pivots
- Proficiency in foresight software (e.g., Trendalyzer, Foresight Pro) and data visualization tools
