Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the 2026 Strategic Roadmap, aligning organizational goals with long-term technological trends.
- Conduct in-depth macro-environmental analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts relevant to the 2026 horizon.
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to integrate 2026 forecasting models into product development cycles.
- Present complex strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members to secure buy-in for high-stakes initiatives.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of long-term strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or futurism.
- Proven track record of successfully forecasting market trends and managing long-term strategic projects.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) and trend forecasting software.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
