As a key member of our C-suite strategy team, you'll leverage predictive analytics, emerging tech trends, and cross-industry partnerships to develop actionable frameworks that will redefine how businesses operate in 2026 and beyond. You'll collaborate with R&D, product development, and executive leadership to translate future possibilities into present-day competitive advantages.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026+ strategic foresight roadmap using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for anticipated market disruptions
- Establish strategic partnerships with AI labs, quantum computing pioneers, and biotech innovators
- Present future-state frameworks to C-suite and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Author quarterly 'FutureState Briefs' predicting technological and societal shifts impacting our industry
- Mentor the next generation of futurists and cultivate an innovation culture across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and Web3
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership on long-term technology trends (whitepapers, journals, conferences)
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-state strategy implementation
