Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients facing exponential change
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align executive teams on future-ready strategies
- Produce high-impact whitepapers and thought leadership on emerging paradigms
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions in our innovation lab
- Mentor junior strategists in advanced forecasting methodologies
- Present findings to investor boards and stakeholder committees
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or futurist roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Proficiency in quantitative forecasting tools (e.g., Palisade @RISK, Trendalyzer)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurism journals
- Experience with AI/ML impact assessment frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-state implementations
