Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive futures intelligence framework to identify disruptive trends across technology, society, and markets
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare the organization for alternative futures
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into strategic decision-making processes
- Drive cross-functional innovation initiatives and pilot future-ready business models
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Communicate complex future scenarios through compelling narratives and visualizations
- Measure and report on the impact of foresight initiatives on business outcomes
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, Technology, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation management, or corporate strategy
- Proven track record of developing and implementing futures-based strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence executive stakeholders
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation fields
