Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging tech sectors (quantum, neurotech, climate AI)
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on 2026 market disruptions
- Identify and partner with next-gen startups in exponential technology domains
- Author quarterly 'Future State' reports influencing $2B+ investment portfolios
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neuro-interfaces
- Mentor internal 'Futures Council' of technical specialists and thought leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech R&D
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies (IEEE/MIT preferred)
- Expertise in systems thinking and probabilistic scenario modeling
- Proven track record commercializing future-state concepts (min. 3 ventures)
- Deep understanding of singularity theory and technological convergence
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Complexity Science, or related field
