Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with ESG goals and emerging market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum algorithms, autonomous systems, etc.)
- Analyze geopolitical and regulatory shifts to mitigate risks in global tech deployment
- Drive innovation through $25M annual R&D budget allocation and vendor ecosystem management
- Present strategic frameworks to board members and investors, securing funding for moonshot projects
- Mentor senior engineers on future-proof architecture and ethical AI implementation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with proven success in emerging tech adoption cycles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Foresight (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, generative AI ethics, or climate tech
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management (SIM) or Technology Foresight
- Portfolio demonstrating delivery of at least two $10M+ tech transformation projects
- Deep understanding of US tech policy landscape (CHIPS Act, AI Bill of Rights, etc.)
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global stakeholder engagement
