Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts impacting 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks for innovation roadmapping and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-facing opportunities
- Produce actionable whitepapers and thought leadership on emerging industry paradigms
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight into development lifecycles
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic indicators affecting technology adoption
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
