Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize emerging technologies (quantum computing, bio-integration, AI ethics) into actionable roadmaps
- Produce high-impact reports and presentations for C-suite stakeholders on future market disruptions and opportunities
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, R&D labs, and innovation hubs to forecast 2026+ technological trajectories
- Design and implement innovation metrics to track progress toward 2026 sustainability and human-centric technology goals
- Mentor junior futurists while maintaining thought leadership through industry publications and conference keynotes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with demonstrable impact on long-term strategy
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, neurotech, climate adaptation tech, and decentralized systems
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, backcasting)
- Exceptional communication skills with experience influencing executive decision-making
- Published work in futurist journals or recognized thought leadership platforms
