- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state opportunities
- Produce white papers and thought leadership on exponential technologies
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across R&D, product, and operations
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify disruptive investment targets
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies or societal megatrends
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks for Fortune 500 organizations
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex futures into executable roadmaps
- Deep knowledge of Web3, quantum computing, or climate tech ecosystems
- Exceptional storytelling skills for executive audiences
