Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying disruptive market opportunities
- Conduct horizon scanning to anticipate global technological and societal shifts
- Design scalable frameworks for sustainable innovation ecosystems
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype 2026-vision technologies
- Monitor geopolitical and environmental trends affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFrA) preferred
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to executive boards and venture capital partners
