Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Innovation Horizon Map using predictive modeling and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops synthesizing biotechnology, space exploration, and AI convergence points
- Produce quarterly strategic foresight briefings for C-suite executives and board members
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technologies including quantum neural interfaces
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and scout disruptive 2026-era startups
- Design scenario-planning simulations for societal transformation under climate-tech acceleration
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and technology summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent interdisciplinary field
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight or technology innovation consulting
- Published work on emerging tech ethics or long-term societal impact (portfolio required)
- Advanced proficiency in horizon scanning tools and predictive analytics platforms
- Demonstrated understanding of quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AGI trajectories
- Experience facilitating multi-stakeholder scenario-planning sessions
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Portfolio showcasing at least three 5-year technology impact assessments
