Responsibilities
- Architect and design high-performance neural networks and quantum computing interfaces.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and researchers to deliver robust AI solutions.
- Define technical roadmaps and best practices for scalable machine learning infrastructure.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex user needs into technical specifications.
- Ensure ethical AI standards, fairness, and transparency in all model deployments.

Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) or advanced hardware acceleration (CUDA).
- Strong understanding of MLOps, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
