Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and societal shifts impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop strategic frameworks and scenario-planning models for emerging markets and industries
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate future insights into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future-proofing organizational capabilities and resilience
- Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics) for strategic applications
- Present trend reports and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic frameworks
- Deep expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Strong understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism, technology, or strategy publications
