Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market paradigms pre-2026
- Architect strategic scenarios and roadmaps for organizational adaptation to future realities
- Partner with R&D to integrate foresight into product development lifecycles
- Deliver executive briefings on emerging risks and opportunities across global markets
- Establish foresight frameworks to evaluate long-term strategic initiatives
- Build and curate a network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Quantify future impact through data-driven modeling and scenario analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation, or futurist roles at enterprise level
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and strategic forecasting
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into actionable insights
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
- Experience with strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
