- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026-2030 market landscapes across 5+ industries
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Author white papers on emerging paradigms (quantum computing, neural interfaces, climate tech)
- Advise executive leadership on strategic pivots and R&D prioritization
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy roles
- Proven track record of trend analysis with 85%+ predictive accuracy
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI ethics, biotech convergence, or decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
