Responsibilities
- Develop quantitative and qualitative foresight models for 2026-2030
- Identify disruptive technologies and market inflection points
- Design strategic frameworks for exponential growth sectors

- Lead cross-functional workshops on scenario planning
- Build partnerships with academic and research institutions
- Maintain proprietary trend database with predictive analytics
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D
- Published research in peer-reviewed foresight journals
- Expertise in horizon scanning and weak signal detection
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Palantir, Trendalyzer)
- Experience with government or Fortune 500 strategic planning
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major future-proofed initiatives
