Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, bio-integrated AI) with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop predictive models for market disruption scenarios across energy, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Architect strategic roadmaps integrating Web4.0 infrastructure and decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs)
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with R&D, product, and policy teams to align on 2026 technology adoption
- Produce annual Future State Briefings for executive board on regulatory shifts and ethical frameworks
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs to co-develop next-gen standards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of strategic foresight experience
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi Method) with demonstrated scenario planning outcomes
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, post-silicon semiconductors, and neuro-symbolic AI architectures
