Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies, socio-economic shifts, and disruptive market forces through 2030
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Foresight Reports with strategic recommendations for product development and market positioning
- Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder engagements to embed future-thinking into organizational DNA
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers for trend validation and scenario planning
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies and investment priorities
- Champion innovation culture through internal thought leadership and external keynote presentations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futures research with demonstrated impact on long-term business outcomes
- Expertise in trend forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi method, scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Proven ability to synthesize multi-disciplinary data into compelling narratives and strategic frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences and boards
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
