- Lead research initiatives in emerging fields (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, Web3 infrastructure)
- Architect scalable frameworks for next-generation data ecosystems and autonomous systems
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate breakthrough technologies into commercial offerings
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Mentor cross-functional teams in rapid prototyping and agile innovation methodologies
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investor communities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or advanced R&D leadership roles
- Proven track record in deploying AI/ML solutions at enterprise scale
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, blockchain, biotech)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Published research or patents in futuristic technology domains
- Experience securing multi-million dollar innovation grants or venture funding
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning)
