- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating exponential change
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-proofing strategies
- Produce trend reports and white papers published in industry journals
- Partner with AI/quantum computing teams to integrate predictive analytics into strategic models
- Represent the company at Davos, CES, and global futurist forums
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, futurism, or technology innovation roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field
- Published thought leadership on AI ethics, climate tech, or biotechnology
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Gartner, Forrester, Signal AI)
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, metaverse economics, or neurotech
- Track record of advising C-suite on exponential technology adoption
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., causal layered analysis)
