Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, social shifts, and market disruptions to forecast 2026 industry landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for long-term organizational resilience
- Lead workshops with executive teams to align strategic priorities with future trends
- Produce high-impact whitepapers and predictive models for stakeholder decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and identify partnership opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to the board of directors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and Web3 developments
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM, SFI) required
