Responsibilities
- Analyze global technological, economic, and social trends to forecast developments impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for emerging industries including AI ethics, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-ready innovation priorities
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive presentations translating complex data into actionable insights
- Identify partnership opportunities with startups, academic institutions, and industry disruptors
- Advose leadership on long-term R&D investments and market entry strategies
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory changes affecting future business landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, energy, space)
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation publications
