Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech product development
- Proven track record of launching market-defining technologies with 5+ year vision
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology ecosystems
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding or venture capital
