Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven experience with trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Expertise in AI, biotech, climate tech, or quantum computing domains
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for complex concepts
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through strategic initiatives
