Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across emerging technology domains
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Facilitate executive workshops on future scenarios and strategic implications
- Build and maintain expert networks across academia, startups, and industry
- Produce thought leadership content including whitepapers and conference presentations
- Advise product teams on technology adoption timelines and market readiness
- Monitor global regulatory landscapes impacting emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or futurism roles
- Advanced degree in technology, engineering, or strategic foresight
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic modeling frameworks
