Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks incorporating AI, biotech, and quantum computing trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and market inflection points
- Produce scenario analysis reports on geopolitical, technological, and socioeconomic shifts
- Partner with R&D to translate future forecasts into innovation pipelines and product roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track progress against 2026 milestones
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 5 years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist analysis
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
