Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for organizational adaptation and growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed foresight into product roadmaps and business models
- Present trend analysis and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications on future-proofing methodologies
- Quantify market opportunities and risks through predictive modeling
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 5 years experience in strategic planning or futurist consulting
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systemic modeling
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience with AI/ML forecasting tools a significant advantage
