Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients across tech, finance, and healthcare sectors
- Lead client workshops to translate future insights into strategic roadmaps and investment priorities
- Produce executive reports and visualizations communicating complex future scenarios
- Collaborate with R&D teams to identify disruptive opportunities and innovation gaps
- Monitor global megatrends (demographic shifts, climate resilience, geopolitical shifts) for strategic implications
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, market research, or innovation strategy role
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional data synthesis skills with ability to translate insights into compelling narratives
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in trend visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Published thought leadership or speaking engagements in futures/strategy forums
