Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, sociocultural shifts, and geopolitical trends to forecast market disruptions through 2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for clients in AI, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Lead innovation workshops with C-suite executives to align organizational capabilities with future demands
- Quantify future opportunities using predictive modeling and data-driven foresight methodologies
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership on paradigm-shifting industry transformations
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-proof business models and service offerings
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking and systemic innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and weak signal detection
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics platforms
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation journals/conferences
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS) strongly preferred
