Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and societal trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop predictive models and scenario-planning frameworks for long-term corporate strategy
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align departments on future vision and innovation priorities
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive leadership and board members
- Build and manage relationships with academic institutions, government agencies, and industry consortia
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global futurist conferences
- Oversee the implementation of pilot programs for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years of experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: quantum computing, biotech, AGI, and climate tech
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
