- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework with quantitative/qualitative analysis
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for future market disruptions
- Translate future insights into actionable product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor teams on future-thinking methodologies and adaptive strategy execution
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Advanced degree in Business, Economics, Technology, or Future Studies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through strategic transformation
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Published thought leadership in future trends or strategy publications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP, WFS) preferred
